Now hiring full time auto detailers to clean, wax & polish new and used vehicles, inside & out, at our dealership location in Kirkland. The ideal candidate is honest, reliable, hardworking, detail oriented, & works well with a team. Starting/Training Pay$19/hour. Trained Detailers make $17.15-27/hour if productive, on our unique production base pay scale. Iden's Dealer Services is a rapidly expanding company specializing in Automotive Appearance & Protection Services in the Puget Sound since 1989 with 34 locations and growing. We offer our valued employees many benefits, advancement opportunities and flexible working schedules including 5-day 8-hour shifts, 4-day 10-hour shifts and more! Employees (and their dependents) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will receive Paid Time Off/Sick Leave, starting at an accrual rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked (approximately 6 ½ days per year, working 40 hours per week), and topping out at approximately 20 days per year. Employees are eligible to enroll in the company's 401k or ROTH plan, which includes an annual discretionary match.
