Evolution Wax Detailing - Marysville, WA Evolution Wax Detailing is a growing, family-owned detailing company looking for an energetic, hard-working individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys delivering exceptional results. We are looking for someone with detailing experience who can work with minimal supervision and help us maintain our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Experience with polishing, paint correction, and ceramic coatings is a major plus. Responsibilities Interior and exterior vehicle detailing Vacuuming, shampooing, and deep cleaning interiors Washing vehicles and applying protection products Assisting with polishing and paint correction Maintaining a clean and organized shop Interacting professionally with customers when needed Qualifications Previous detailing experience preferred Polishing and paint correction experience is a major plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Starting pay of $20+ per hour Customer tips Flexible schedule Great shop location in Marysville Friendly and supportive team environment Significant growth opportunities as the company continues to expand Compensation will be based on experience, skill level, and productivity. Pay increases are available after a successful trial period based on performance, reliability, quality of work, and ability to work independently.
