In the Customer Service Associate role your focus is on four areas: 1) assisting customers with their purchase, 2) pre-washing vehicles, 3) drying vehicles, and 4) site cleanliness. Duties:

Selling:

Not only are you the first person the customers meets when they drive through, but you are also the person who guides them - advising, selling, and even setting them up with new monthly memberships

Vehicle Operations:

Assist with vehicle pre-wash and drying process Effectively communicate the value of our service to customers, answer questions, and provide direction for customers who are unfamiliar with our process Meets store operating standards, providing legendary quality service, performing cash handling, and store safety and security protocols Maintain a clean and safe environment for yourself and other employees Maintaining and performing store operations on a day to day basis
