Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of boats, including washing, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces Apply detailing techniques such as buffing and polishing to enhance the boat's appearance Conduct interior and exterior inspections to identify areas needing special attention or repairs Use specialized cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively Assist with window tinting and other cosmetic enhancements as needed Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and supplies are organized and in good condition Support janitorial duties when necessary to uphold high standards of cleanliness across the facility Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Experience in car wash, detailing, buffing, or custodial work preferred Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Knowledge of janitorial practices and general cleaning procedures Valid driving license with a clean driving record for moving boats or equipment when required Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Willingness to learn new skills such as window tinting or advanced detailing techniques Embark on a rewarding journey where your dedication transforms boats into eye-catching masterpieces!
