The detailer is responsible for interior and exterior detailing of Semi-Trucks, Vehicles, and Trailers/Containers that are brought to S&W Pressure Wash, Inc. for services. The detailer is an individual contributor to the organization. This Detailing position will be at our Vancouver, WA location. Must have good attention to detail and be motivated to do quality work in a timely manner with open availability during hours of operation.

Organizational Relationships

• The detailer reports directly to the Operations Manager and the Company Owner.
• The detailer has no direct supervisory authority.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities Interior and Exterior Cleaning:

Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles/equipment, including washing, buffing, vacuuming, decal removal, and steam cleaning interiors. This may involve using various tools and cleaning agents to achieve high-quality results.

Detail Inspections:

Inspect vehicles/equipment for cleanliness and damage, ensuring that all areas are addressed according to company standards or client requests.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of the vehicle/equipment condition, detailing services performed, and any issues identified during inspections.

Safety and Maintenance:

Ensure a clean and safe work environment, reporting any hazardous conditions to management. This includes maintaining tools and equipment used for detailing. Other duties as assigned. Mental and Physical Requirements Attention to

Detail:

A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure that every aspect of the vehicle is cleaned and restored to a high standard.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with and ability to use various cleaning products, power wash tools and equipment, and techniques used in detailing.

Physical Stamina:

The role often involves manual labor, including walking, lifting, bending, twisting, standing for extended periods, pushing, pulling, climbing, and carrying and moving objects up to 50 pounds. Education, Training, and Experience

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver's License required, Class A CDL preferred.
• One year or more of detailing experience preferred.

Work Environment Environment is outdoors (field position) with exposure to cold and hot temperatures, including a variety of weather conditions. Environment includes the requirement to wear appropriate protective gear, including safety glasses, and protective footwear as applicable.
