This role is essential in ensuring our vehicles are presented at the highest standard, both for display and customer delivery. If you take pride in your work and enjoy keeping things clean, organized, and looking their best, we'd love to hear from you. Position Responsibilities Professionally detail new, used, and customer vehicles. Perform paint correction using rotary and dual-action buffers. Remove light scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, and surface imperfections. Wash, clay bar, polish, wax, and seal vehicle finishes. Shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, condition leather, and thoroughly detail interiors. Clean wheels, tires, engine compartments, and door jambs. Prepare vehicles for delivery and showroom display. Inspect completed vehicles to ensure Rosen quality standards are met. Maintain detailing equipment and keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Assist with miscellaneous lot and vehicle appearance duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive detailing experience preferred. Experience operating rotary and dual-action buffers is required. Knowledge of paint correction techniques and detailing chemicals. Ability to identify paint defects and determine the proper correction process. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions.
