What You'll Do As our Lead Automotive Detailer, you'll be responsible for both hands-on detailing and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality interior and exterior detailing on new and used vehicles Wash, wax, buff, polish, and protect vehicle surfaces Shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, and restore vehicle interiors Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery Maintain detailing supplies, equipment, and work areas Coordinate daily workflow and prioritize vehicle readiness Train, coach, and support detail team members Ensure all detailing work meets dealership quality standards Assist with lot presentation and vehicle merchandising as needed Promote a safe, efficient, and positive work environment What We're Looking For Previous automotive detailing experience required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work both indoors and outdoors What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid training and ongoing development Career advancement opportunities Health insurance benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holiday pay Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Stable, family-owned company with a strong reputation Supportive team environment that promotes from within Why Fremont Motors?
