• Job Summary:

• The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner, supporting the culinary team in delivering outstanding service.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in a designated area.

Operate dishwashing machines and maintain proper sanitation levels by following hygiene protocols. Ensure that all dishware is stored properly and organized according to kitchen standards. Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed, ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established guidelines. Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas. Support kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed. Follow safety and sanitation policies consistently to ensure food safety. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused under pressure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Willingness to follow instruction and adhere to safety and sanitation practices. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs). Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach overhead as necessary.
