This role involves more than loading and unloading. You will assist with placing appliances, supporting installations, and helping solve problems on-site inside customers' homes. You will work directly with a driver throughout the day, so reliability, teamwork, and communication are essential to keeping routes on schedule. This is a physically active, hands-on role. If you prefer sitting at a desk, this will not be a fit. Key Responsibilities Assist driver with loading and unloading appliances Ride along on delivery routes to homes and businesses Help place and position appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, washers, dryers) Assist with setup and installation (connecting components, ensuring proper placement) Support navigating tight spaces, including removing and reinstalling doors when needed Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries Help resolve on-site delivery challenges in a calm and efficient manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck Follow all safety procedures and company policies Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy items (100+ lbs with assistance) Comfortable performing hands-on, mechanical tasks and using basic tools Ability to problem-solve on-site when deliveries do not go as planned Comfortable working inside customers' homes in a professional manner Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and dependability Ability to work in all weather conditions Good communication and teamwork skills Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred (Not Required) Delivery, moving, warehouse, or installation experience Experience with appliances or basic home installations Customer service experience Experience in a physically demanding role What We're Looking For Shows up on time, every time Works well with others and supports the driver Comfortable using tools and working with their hands Can stay calm and think through problems on-site Takes direction and follows through What to Expect Physically demanding work throughout the day Working inside customers' homes A fast-paced environment where plans can change quickly A team-based role where reliability matters Why NexStop Logistics Opportunity to improve installation and logistics skills Team-oriented environment Growing company with opportunity for advancement

Pay:
