Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly to keep the kitchen running seamlessly Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients when needed Support the catering and banquet teams by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including sinks, counters, and storage areas, adhering to health and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely dishwashing during busy service hours Help with light cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold overall hygiene standards Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with sanitation regulations Skills Strong attention to detail in cleaning and organization Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Basic knowledge of food service operations and kitchen workflows Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, or restaurant environments is a plus Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Flexibility to assist with food preparation or serving duties as needed Prior banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not required This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who want to develop their culinary skills while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all.
