Clear and reset tables swiftly after guests leave, ensuring readiness for new diners. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff in basic culinary duties. Support catering and banquet events by providing timely bussing and cleaning services to maintain event flow. Maintain cleanliness of all dining and kitchen areas through regular cleaning routines. Handle food handling procedures safely and responsibly in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold hospitality standards. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is most important. Experience with bussing, cleaning, or food handling in a fast-paced environment is a plus. Familiarity with catering or banquet settings enhances your ability to support large events effectively. Knowledge of basic food preparation or kitchen operations can be beneficial but is not mandatory. A background in hospitality or hotel service can provide valuable insight into guest-focused roles.
