Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or plating under supervision to support kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, floors, counters, and storage areas throughout shifts Support catering events and banquet setups by providing cleanware and assisting with light food handling tasks Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to ensure a tidy and inviting environment for guests Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service needs Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
