Position Overview:
We're hiring a Dishwasher & Kitchen Prep Assistant to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. This role is essential to our rhythm and flow, ensuring that every plate shines and every prep task contributes to the magic of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment with speed and care Maintain cleanliness of the dish station, floors, and back-of-house areas Assist with light kitchen prep tasks such as peeling, chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients Support chefs and line cooks with restocking and basic food handling Follow health and safety standards with precision and pride Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture
What We're Looking For:
Reliability, hustle, and a strong work ethic A calm, focused presence—even during busy service Willingness to learn and grow within a high-standard environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person
