Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic food service team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, supporting various culinary and service functions. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed Support food preparation tasks, including basic food handling and setup Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including floors, counters, and storage areas Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy hours Support overall restaurant operations by performing light cleaning duties and restocking supplies Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety standards is advantageous Experience with bussing, food preparation, or culinary tasks is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
