Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for guests Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans promptly using proper food handling and cleaning techniques Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff to support smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dishwashing areas, and dining spaces in accordance with health and safety standards Support catering events and banquet setups by providing timely cleaning and setup assistance Handle food items safely during cleaning processes, adhering to sanitation protocols Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures, food handling safety, and sanitation standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or heavy dishware Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment Experience with catering or banquet settings is a plus but not mandatory Basic understanding of kitchen operations or culinary experience is advantageous but not required Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
