Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including counters, floors, sinks, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines. Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring serving stations are stocked and organized. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishware during service hours to maintain a tidy dining environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold high standards of hospitality. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with food handling safety standards and cleaning protocols is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending comfortably. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in busy settings.
