Role:

If you're passionate about food and friendly service, we'd love to have you on our team at Tailwind! We're currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. As a key member of our back-of-house team, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic food prep, and helping to ensure a safe, organized work environment. Tailwind encourages Veterans and Military family members to apply! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment Portion sauces and perform light food prep as needed Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a clean workspace Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of trash areas Follow all health and safety guidelines Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Dependable and punctual

Must be able to pass background check to receive airport badge Must have reliable transportation
