Dishwasher/Busser

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist in bussing tables by clearing dishes and resetting them for new guests. Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic cooking and food handling. Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas, including sweeping and mopping floors. Help with banquet setups and breakdowns as required during special events. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food service operations, including bussing and cleaning duties. Experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food handling safety practices is essential.
