Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and organizing supplies. Busing tables and clearing plates during service to ensure a smooth flow of food service operations. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall food service efforts in a lively hospitality environment. Skills Experience or familiarity with food handling, cleaning, and basic food preparation techniques. Knowledge of restaurant or hotel kitchen operations, including catering or banquet experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and servers. Basic understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
