Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon. Clean, sanitize and properly stock all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware Maintain cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping and mopping Empty the kitchen trash receptacles and properly dispose of garbage Perform daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Perform other duties as required Must have experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Regular and reliable attendance Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
