The Dishwasher will support food service operations by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently Assist with bussing tables and clearing food service areas as needed Support food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or assembly under supervision Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by cleaning workstations, floors, and other surfaces regularly Assist with food handling and storage to ensure compliance with safety standards Support catering events or banquet setups when required Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times Help with general cleaning duties to uphold health standards in the kitchen environment Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills for managing dishware and kitchen supplies Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with staff members Experience with bussing, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus Familiarity with culinary or kitchen operations enhances performance in this role Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary This position is vital for ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering excellent service to our guests.
