Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards. Maintain a clean and sanitized work area by following proper cleaning procedures regularly. Organizing inventory and storage. Follow food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation practices at all times. Assist with basic kitchen organization, including restocking supplies and ensuring equipment is in good condition. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, catering, or banquet environments is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards is a plus. Experience with cleaning procedures in a commercial kitchen setting is advantageous.
