Friday, Part-time:

4pm -7:30pm Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using appropriate cleaning procedures. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout your shift. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and prep work. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation standards. Collaborate with front staff to ensure timely availability of clean utensils and equipment for food service. Perform routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold a hygienic environment. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and food safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations. Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation practices is a plus.
