Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Uphold the high standards of 24 Carrots' handbook and policies 2. Organize, clean and stock warehouse items 3. Stay on task and work effectively 4. Maintain safety and organization in the warehouse 5. Wash all dishes for all corporate and social events 6. Clean dish washing station at end of each shift 7. Replace all cleaning supplies and soaps for the dish washing machine 8. Change water in the dish washing machine three times during each shift 9. Bag and polish flatware 10. Restock items 11. Take a mandatory 30 minute lunch break when working anything over 6 hours or notify supervisor 12. Sort and sift through crates of glass and China items to search for shards and broken items.
QUALIFICATIONS

Willingness to work in a collaborative environment with co-workers from diverse technical backgrounds 6. Must possess a current California Food Handler's card.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 1.
No prior experience or training required 2. ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
LANGUAGE SKILLS 1.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. 2. Ability to write simple correspondence 3. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization 4. Ability to speak and understand English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS 1.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with IO's and IOO's.
REASONING ABILITY 1.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions 2. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
