Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients under supervision Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with food staging when needed Ensure proper handling and storage of food items following safety protocols Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service to support smooth restaurant operations Follow all sanitation procedures diligently to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment at all times Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
