The ideal candidate will have experience in various kitchen settings and a passion for culinary excellence. Experience in Japanese Restaurant Preferred.

• Duties

• Dishwashing:

  Efficiently operate dishwashing machines, hand-washing delicate items like fine china and wooden cutting boards, properly sorting and stacking clean dishes.

• Cleaning and Sanitation:

  Regularly sanitize all kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment, including the dishwashing area, following proper cleaning protocols

• Waste Management:

  Properly dispose of food scraps and garbage, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
