Responsibilities include:

Wash dishes/cooks in accordance with health code requirements and good sanitary practices. Cleans ovens, stoves, and vents in accordance with good sanitary practices. Cleans food handling equipment in accordance with good sanitary practices. Keeps kitchen clean and sanitary. Cooks and prepares meals, taking into consideration dietary likes and requirements of residents. Assist housekeepers in the severing of food.
