The ideal candidate must have prior food prep experience and is comfortable following recipes with precision. Key Responsibilities Prepare and portion ingredients for daily use Batch house-made syrups, sauces, and drink mixes Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency Assist with basic baking and measurements as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas Label, store, and rotate inventory properly (FIFO) Support the team to ensure efficient service flow Qualifications Previous food prep, kitchen, or baking experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes Comfortable with measurements, scaling, and batching Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Food handler certification
