We are looking for motivated individuals who work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Position Overview This position plays an important role in supporting kitchen operations by maintaining clean dishware, kitchen equipment, and sanitation standards to help ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests. Shift Full-Time Graveyard Shift Required Weekends and holidays may be required Key Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Clean and sanitize dishware, silverware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room and kitchen areas Assist cooks and kitchen staff with cleaning, stocking, and support duties as needed Follow all health department, sanitation, and safety regulations Ensure dish machine and cleaning equipment are properly maintained and stocked Complete all cleaning and side work before the end of each shift Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Ability to bend, twist, lift, and move throughout the shift Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English Attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization Must maintain professional appearance and proper kitchen uniform standards Food Handler's Card required Must be 18 years of age or older Must pass a background check and drug screening What We're Looking For Someone who works well under pressure while maintaining professionalism Positive attitude and team-first mentality Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to multitask and follow instructions efficiently How to Apply Apply in person only : Lake Elsinore Casino / CJ's Sports Grill & Turf Club 20930 Malaga Road Lake Elsinore, CA 92530 Applications available at the Hotel Front Desk Ask for Michael Torres (if available)
