Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are hygienically prepared for daily operations. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitise dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using appropriate cleaning methods. Organise clean items for storage or immediate use in the kitchen or dining areas. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including cleaning vegetables or organising ingredients. Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and surrounding surfaces. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members. Support the kitchen team with additional duties during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow. Skills Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant environments is advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards within a hospitality setting. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good organisational skills with attention to detail. Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills. Basic understanding of kitchen safety practices and procedures.
