The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service by having a clean dish area. This position requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience. Duties Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise. Support the overall operations of the restaurant by assisting with food handling and preparation as needed. Uphold health and safety standards in food service, ensuring proper food handling practices are followed. Buss tables as needed Wash plates, silverware, and buss tubs. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience for guests. Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is preferred but not required. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the hospitality industry. A proactive approach to teamwork, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist others as needed. Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced setting is advantageous.
