Job Description

Sushi Ai blends traditional Japanese cuisine with modern creativity, and we're looking for hardworking, reliable dishwashers to join our team.
What We're Looking For:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift MUST be able to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment efficiently and consistently Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish area and kitchen Take out trash and assist with general cleaning duties Help organize and restock kitchen supplies when needed Support chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations Follow Sushi Ai's cleanliness and safety standards at all times Join a team that values professionalism, teamwork, and growth.
