This energetic role is vital to maintaining a vibrant, efficient kitchen environment. You will be the backbone of our food service operation, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and timely food preparation to support our cooks and service staff. Duties Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients for service Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service to ensure smooth operations Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared foods during busy service hours
