Duties Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to meet health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of all cleaned items Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, organizing supplies, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling when needed Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Follow proper sanitation procedures during cleaning processes to prevent cross-contamination Help with general cleaning duties in the kitchen area including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service operations and uphold hospitality standards Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items safely Experience in food service or catering environments is a plus Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring our kitchens are spotless and well-organized!
