Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food handling, and culinary support, contributing to a positive guest experience. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating under supervision Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with food service needs Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including counters, sinks, and storage areas Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service periods Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations Assist in basic cooking tasks as needed, supporting chefs and culinary staff Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies to prevent spoilage or contamination Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food preparation, bussing, cleaning, and basic cooking techniques Familiarity with banquet or hotel kitchen operations is a plus Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation procedures diligently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cleaning and food prep tasks Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends if required Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a dynamic hospitality setting while supporting our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
