We move fast, work tight, cook quick and serve hot, hand-built sandwiches the moment they're rung up. The Role Keep our kitchen clean, stocked, and running at full speed. You'll wash dishes, support basic food prep, maintain the back of house, and help the team during rushes. No experience required — just reliability and a strong work ethic. What You'll Do
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, pots, pans, and equipment
- Set up and break down the dish station per standards
- Assist with food prep: washing produce, portioning, stocking
- Keep floors, walk-ins, trash areas, and surfaces clean all shift
- Support the team during busy periods — restocking, deliveries, cleaning tasks What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and positive — this matters most
- Able to move fast and stay organized in a high-volume kitchen
- Kitchen, food prep, cleaning, or warehouse experience is a plus — not required
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate within 30 days of hire; must be 16+ (18+ for late nights) What You Get
