Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to ensure cleanliness and availability for food preparation and service Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients under supervision Support the catering team with setup, breakdown, and food handling during events or banquet functions Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, floors, sinks, and storage spaces in accordance with health and safety standards Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service to ensure a smooth flow of operations Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared foods and maintain overall cleanliness Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Knowledge of basic food handling practices and sanitation standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items or bending frequently Strong attention to detail in cleaning, organization, and food prep tasks Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a busy environment Experience with catering or banquet settings is a plus but not mandatory Willingness to follow safety guidelines and adhere to health regulations at all times Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by ensuring our kitchen operates seamlessly!
