Position Summary:

Dishwashers are responsible for cleanliness and organization of the dish area.

Essential Functions of the job:

Must be available 20+ hours weekly; Must be available to work holidays, weekends, and nights when needed. On-site work required Have a neat and clean uniform at all times Responsible for general cleanliness in the kitchen and dishwasher area, sweep, mop, and general cleaning Maintain daily inventory on dishwashing supplies Properly put away all clean china, and keep the china organized Follow direction of senior kitchen management, sous chef, executive chef, banquet chef

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Good attitude Prior experience preferred

Additional Job Duties:

Flexible work schedule Able to work weekend and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand continuously for the duration of the shift (eight hours). Ability to lift small packages (under 40 pounds). Ability to work in stressful situations.

Education, Experience, Skills:

High school diploma or GED Ability to multitask and work in mentally demanding situations.
