ANNOUNCEMENT OF POSITION VACANCY SUMMARY
: Under general supervision, the Crew Member is responsible for assisting with various tasks. This position is designed to provide opportunities to hone customer service skills, team development, and foster professional growth.SOME OF THE THINGS THAT YOU WILL GET TO DO
(this is just a small sampling of work variety): The Crew Member is responsible and accountable for performing specific tasks and duties, as assigned Cleaning and sanitizing all soiled dishes including but not limited to pots, pans, utensils, small wares, buckets, containers, and other equipment. Responsible for the use and daily maintenance of commercial dishwashers and 3 pot sinks. Maintaining dish room clean and organized Working in a team environment Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Adheres to a regular work schedule. Performs other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Excellent communication skills Obtain Food Handler's Certification within 30 days of hire date for individuals handling food items Ability to multitask Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance as well as adhere to schedule, which will include evening and weekend shifts. Work schedule is subject to change due to campus holidays and holiday break closures.ADDITIONAL EXPECTAIONS
Conduct yourself in an honest, conscientious, and courteous manner at all times, showing respect for persons of all backgrounds, races, genders, interests, and abilities. Develop individual respect for one another, respect for personal and the University as a whole. Ability to adhere to a regular work schedule.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Any dishwashing/restaurant experience preferred.ABOUT US
