Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Help with catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring all items are ready for service. Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure proper storage of items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall food service operations in a friendly, efficient manner. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key! Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or equipment. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues. Familiarity with food handling procedures, cleaning protocols, and basic culinary tasks is a plus. Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
