Responsibilities Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring all items are stored properly after cleaning. Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff. Participate in kitchen clean-up tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Willingness to assist in various culinary tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a helpful attitude. A passion for the culinary field and eagerness to learn more about cooking techniques is desirable.
