Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and maintaining organized workstations. Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation regulations. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas through thorough cleaning routines. Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes during busy service hours to support smooth operations. Follow proper food safety protocols and assist in inventory management of supplies and utensils. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments, including kitchen experience or hotel food operations. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and cleaning procedures. Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks with efficiency and attention to detail. Familiarity with catering or banquet setups is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support serving staff during high-volume periods. Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout shifts.
