Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Assist with food preparation tasks such as portioning meats. portioning cheese, chopping, assembling ingredients, and organizing supplies to support kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of all food prep areas, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting dining areas for incoming guests Help with catering and banquet setups by organizing serving stations and ensuring all necessary items are ready Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and a positive guest experience Adhere to health regulations and safety protocols consistently throughout your shift Experience We welcome applicants with a passion for hospitality and a desire to learn!
