Dishwasher/Food Prep

Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to uphold sanitation standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, Pizza Dough, Cheese, Sauce and organizing ingredients to support chefs and kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Buss tables during service hours by clearing plates, glasses, and utensils efficiently to ensure smooth dining operations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food prep, service support, and overall kitchen flow. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with basic food handling procedures and sanitation practices. Experience with catering or banquet settings is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality service. Knowledge of cleaning protocols and kitchen safety standards. Previous experience in hotel or culinary environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
