In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, while also assisting with food preparation tasks to support our team in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, or portioning items under supervision. Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to promote a safe dining environment. Maintain organized storage of clean dishes and supplies while managing waste disposal responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth operations during busy service hours. Uphold high standards of cleanliness through regular cleaning of workstations, floors, and kitchen areas. Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards. Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks with attention to detail. Strong cleaning skills with an understanding of proper hygiene practices. Excellent teamwork
