Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly according to established recipes and menu standards Cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Handle dishwashing duties efficiently, ensuring all dishes, cookware, and utensils are sanitized and ready for use Support meal preparation for catering events or special menu offerings as needed Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs Skills Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling protocols Proven restaurant or kitchen experience, especially in fine dining environments or catering settings Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests and supporting colleagues Basic understanding of menu planning, meal preparation, and food industry best practices Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values culinary excellence, safety, and service!
