Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of food service, catering, and banquet events. As a key team member, you'll ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use, supporting our culinary staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere for both colleagues and patrons alike. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations by regularly cleaning work surfaces, sinks, and storage areas Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies to support kitchen operations Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards across the kitchen and dining areas Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely dishwashing during busy service periods Help with general cleaning duties including sweeping floors and emptying trash to maintain a hygienic workspace Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced settings Experience with food preparation or catering support is a plus but not required Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety standards This paid position offers an engaging environment where your contributions directly impact the quality of our guest experience.
