Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff. Maintain a sanitized and organized work area, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces. Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely setup and cleanup. Follow food handling safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times. Help with general cleaning duties across the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours. Skills Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and sanitation practices. Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, or assembling ingredients. Experience with bussing tables or supporting catering events is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers.
