Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly. Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients when needed. Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing areas, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service hours. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to promote a hygienic environment. Skills Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with food handling, cleaning, and basic food preparation techniques. Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable, especially in culinary or catering roles. Knowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety procedures in a food service environment. Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues across various hospitality functions such as serving or bussing tables. Familiarity with banquet or large-scale event setups is a plus.
