Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher / Busser, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our restaurant running smoothly and create a welcoming environment for guests. In this vital role, you'll ensure the cleanliness and organization of dishes, utensils, and dining areas, while supporting the serving staff and kitchen team to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences. Your proactive approach will help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace that delights our guests and supports our culinary team's success. Duties Clear and clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain a steady flow of service Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, or organizing ingredients when needed Support the serving staff by bussing tables efficiently and resetting dining areas quickly for incoming guests Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, kitchen stations, and restrooms through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Help with catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring food handling standards are met Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness to ensure compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations during busy periods or special events Experience Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with food handling procedures, cleaning standards, and basic kitchen operations is a plus Experience in catering or banquet settings can be advantageous but is not mandatory Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in all areas of food service and hospitality Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by keeping our environment spotless and supporting our culinary team.
